Where do we begin?

Support and Accountability in a private studio! In a nutshell these are the game changers that help you succeed. Your PT is just as invested in you succeeding as you are but has the experience to create a structured exercise and nutrition program that creates the perfect environment to make it happen. Unlike most places we are complely private.

All our one to one personal training takes place in a completly private, fully equipped PT Studio. That means that there are no distractions, no waiting for equipment and no risk of contracting covid-19 or any other infectious disease. All equipment is sanistised before and after you use it. We look after our clients.

When you work one to one with a PT everything is geared towards you and your goals. Everything starts with your consultation and fitness assessment. Basically, we will discuss what you want to achieve and help you plan how you are going to get there. By looking at your needs, assessing your abilities and working with you, we can define small, achievable targets. These then guide you towards your long term goal. We will design exercise programmes that are safe and suitable for you. Your trainer will steer you through the process of learning the correct technique and intensity for each exercise.

You will also be set up with access to our very own Fitness & Nutrition Coaching App. This allows you to log workouts and food intake, to follow exercise and nutrition programs that we create for you and record your weight, measurements and progress photos as you go. It also contains over 200 healthy recipes, meal plans and shopping lists and a library of over 1000 exercises, most with video demonstrations. Between the App, your in person sessions and support from your coach, you literally have everything you need to succeed.

What will I do during a training session?

What you do will depends very much on your needs, goals, abilities, likes and dislikes. We use compound exercises such as squats, bench pressing and deadlifts, combined with metabolic workouts using kettlebells and battle ropes. We also use free weights, resistance bands, suspension training and pad work to get you where you want to be. Cardio based workouts using cross trainers, treadmills and exercise bikes may also form part of your exercise program. Body weight exercises such as squats, lunges and burpees are also likely to factor. We always try to vary your workouts. That way you never get bored and are always learning and experiencing new things.

Where are we located?

We train our clients from our private personal training studio in Belasis Hall Technology Park, in Billingham. This makes it easily accessible for clients living in Billingham, Norton, Stockton and Hartlepool.
