Have trained at Phoenix Fitness in Billingham with Giselle since January this year. In that time I’ve managed to lose a significant amount of weight, increase strength and improve my overall fitness. A journey I’ve thoroughly enjoyed!

Each session is tailored to my requirements and Giselle monitors progress, including my weekly bodyweight, fat percentage and muscle mass results.

Giselle is a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer providing support, guidance and encouragement. She is always available for advice and guidance around my training and dietary plan. Training sessions consist of various exercises which differ each session and Giselle shows great enthusiasm in teaching the correct techniques of performing exercises.

Training with Giselle is so much fun and much more productive than training alone, allowing me to train less frequently and with fewer sessions per week.

Giselle is a fantastic PT. Her approach is just right and she has quickly tailored the 1:1 sessions to the areas I want to focus on toning; in line with my ability. She challenges me to help me achieve my goals and is really motivating. Every activity is very carefully monitored and guidance and support given to ensure maximum results are achieved. Also Giselle gives me explanations of why I am doing certain exercises and how it will benefit me which I find very beneficial. I am continuing to work with Giselle to achieve the body I want.

Thanks to Giselle I now have confidence in using any exercise machine, using free weights, kettle bells, battle ropes – the list goes on! Not only does she know her stuff, she’s also a fabulous support to have throughout knowing when to push you, when you need a bit of extra support and most importantly creates a fun, engaging plan to help change your lifestyle in the way you want to.

I started training with Gisele less than 12 months ago. I was approx 6 months post knee op to fix an injury and was keen to get fit as I was struggling to get back to where I was before my op. Never did I consider that in less than 10 months I would be able to dead lift 100kg, squat with 80kg and bench press almost 30kg! Love the 1-2-1 aspect of the training in that Gisele knows what I need to be doing and how to get me motivated whilst having fun. My objective was to get fit, the fact I have lost weight and feel great is just another bonus.
