Working as a personal trainer is the most amazing job I could dream of. It gives me the opportunity be the fittest, healthiest version of me. That confidence and love of fitness enables me to help every single one of my clients realise their dreams, ambitions and goals. People are individuals, that’s what makes us all great. There is no one size fits all approach to weight loss or even weight gain (yes, I work with clients who want to gain weight as well as lose weight!) I work hand in hand with my clients to find the best strategy for them, and I do my best to make their workouts FUN. Because when you enjoy something, you look forward to doing it. I want you to feel amazing, look amazing and be amazing. I want you to love every part of your training for transformation.
Being a Female Personal Trainer gives me a unique understanding of the issues that affect men and women in terms of weight, heath, work life balance and the pressures of family life. Whatever obstacles we come across we can always find a way around them by working together. I make things happen and I’m very good at doing it. Together we can make you as unstoppable as me!
