Nutrition Plans that Work for You

When it comes to nutrition there are two distinct groups of people. Those who love to cook and want their food to be interesting, excting and varied. They don’t mind spending a little time in the kitchen, pan frying sea bass and simmering homemade soup because they love the hands on appoach to their diet and have the time to be creative and follow the recipes and meal plans that we give them.

Then there is the keep it simple but nutritious type of client. They want a functional eating plan. They are happy to poach eggs and mash avocado but don’t necessarily want to follow detailed reciepes and complex menus. They just want an easy to follow meal plan that works for them day to day. We understand that and can accomodate that approach. To be fair, this is the most popular approach to nutrition.

We always give our clients the choice. We still try and keep everything easy to follow, fun and nutritious. But we understand that there isn’t a one size fits all approach to diet. But if you want to mix and match, that works for us too. All of our nutrition plans have been developed by professional nutritionists and are provide the calorific and macronutrient data necessary to fit in with your plan without any guesswork. To give you an idea how the two approaches differ we’ve listed a healthy breakfast from the hands on and simple meal plan. Both are calorie and macro checked for you.

Fantastic Easy to Follow Exercise Programs

Alongside the Apps Nutrition Lab sits the integrated Exercise library. Here you will find videos and instructions for over a thousand different exercises that you can do by yourself or as part of your programmed workout.

Following a prescribed exercise program takes all the guesswork and procrastnation out of training. Each week we plan your training, your diet , your rest days and remind you when to upload new measurements and progress photos. We make you accountable but make sure that we fully support you on your fitness journey.  The idea is to put everything in place to help you get results.

As soon as you open your app, you know what you should be doing that day – but if you need to change things around, you still can. There is still flexibility within the structure.

When you select your workout the exercises are listed in sequence, with weights, reps, time, rest periods and any other relevant information provided. (see the snapshot below)
